Dear reader,
You can delete your Snailpost account and associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it. (Snailpost was previously published under the name "Dearly"; this page applies to the same app and service.)
Open Snailpost → go to your Profile → Settings → "Delete account" → confirm. Your account is removed right away.
If you can't access the app, email hi@pulket.in from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Snailpost Support — Delete my account", and include your pen name. We will verify and process your request, typically within 30 days.
We delete your profile, pen name, pal code, profile photo, prompts, intro letter, interests, and account record. After deletion you can no longer be found or written to on Snailpost.
Letters you already sent remain with the people you wrote to, like real mail, they cannot be un-sent. We may also keep limited records for a reasonable period where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, after which they are deleted.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Snailpost Plus subscription. Manage or cancel it in your Google Play account: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Email hi@pulket.in with the subject "Snailpost Support".
yours patiently,
the Snailpost desk
